DTF PRINTING

DTF Printing, also known as Direct-to-Film printing, is a relatively new technique in the world of garment decoration. It is like Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, but instead of printing directly onto fabric, DTF printing involves printing onto a specialized transfer film, which is then applied to the garment using heat and pressure.

How it works

Here's a step-by-step overview of the DTF printing process:

1. Design Preparation

Create or prepare your design on a computer using graphic design software. This can include artwork, text, or any other elements you want to print on the garment.

2. Printing

Use a DTF printer to print the design onto a special transfer film. The printer uses specialized UV inks that adhere to the film.

3. Film Shaking and Powder Application:

After printing, the transfer film is removed from the printer and excess powder is applied to the printed ink. This powder helps with the adhesion process later.

4. Film Curing

The transfer film is then placed in a curing machine, which uses heat to cure the ink and powder. This step ensures that the ink is fully dried and bonded to the film.

5. Film Peeling

Once the curing process is complete, the transfer film is peeled away from its backing, leaving the printed design on the film.

6. Heat Pressing

The garment to be decorated is placed on a heat press machine. The printed side of the transfer film is positioned onto the garment, and heat and pressure are applied to transfer the design from the film to the fabric.

7. Cooling and Peeling

After the heat pressing is done, the garment is allowed to cool down. Once cooled, the transfer film is peeled away, leaving behind the printed design on the fabric.

Click on “Start designing now” to begin the design process. This will take you to our user-friendly design interface where you can unleash your creativity. You have the freedom to add your favourite pictures, quotes, logos, or shapes to your design.

Remember, we offer printing on both sides of the t-shirt, and you can even add multiple designs on one side (pricing may vary accordingly).

After you’ve completed your design, simply click “Add to cart” to proceed with your order. This will save your customized product and allow you to move on to the next steps, such as providing shipping information and selecting payment options.

Our team will then take over, carefully producing your custom-designed garments according to your specifications. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your specified address, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery.
